MONTHLY PARKING

New Monthlies need to bring the monthly parking application form, a check, money order or bank draft for the amount of the parking fee plus a refundable $20.00 access card deposit. An auto-payment form for future months is recommended.

Monthlies are sold starting on the last two business days of the month for the following month. The office is located at 255 Pearl St. Open 9:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.

If the ramp you prefer has a waiting list, you will be asked to complete our WAITING LIST FORM. When a spot opens up in that lot, you will then be contacted by a BCAR representative at that time.

Deposit Fee

A $20.00 refundable card deposit fee is due the first month to receive an Automated Vehicle Identification pass [AVI]. This device will automatically vend the gates at the ramp you park at and within the access rules of your monthly parker type.

All customers are required to complete an application. You will be sent an application once your name is pulled from the waiting list of your desired location.

Waiting List Notification

Monthlies that are called from the waiting list need to bring the application and payment to the BCAR Main Office at 255 Pearl St. Monthly permits are not prorated. The fee covers the calendar month (1st through the last day of the month). Payment the first month must be a check, money order or bank draft.
